TrueDTI was a dream that became a reality following 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, which included over 10 years in the trucking industry. QFIS initially set out determined to provide quality solutions for our trucking companies that we simply weren’t seeing anywhere else. The idea for this specialized division came about based on the rapid growth and success of our team responding to in the needs of our trucking clients. The QFIS leadership team knew it was time to take their experience and passion and create a new division dedicated solely to trucking… hence TrueDTI was born!

Joe K. joined the Quest family in May of 2019 bringing in over 25 years of Senior level experience in Trucking, Transportation, Operations and Logistics. He will be concentrating on providing Motor carrier insurance for the Trucking industry through our True DTI division. His mission will be to help trucking companies achieve sustainable insurance coverage while adding value in loss control and risk mitigation.
Joe has 4 children and 4 grandchildren and is an active member in his church ministries.
When he is not at the office you might find him staying active and having fun outdoors by waterskiing, wakeboarding, cycling, hiking, camping, snowboarding and photography. He also enjoys cooking and reading.

Gregg E. Rall is the President and CEO of Quest Financial and Insurance Services with over 19 years of experience starting on the West Coast and now licensed in numerous states nationwide. Gregg works and resides in beautiful Twinsburg, Ohio with his wife Maureen and 2 sons Angelo and Dominic and their beloved Doberman Zeus.
An Army Veteran of Desert Storm, this former professional chef continues to enjoy cooking for his family and friends. An avid BBQ’er and food smoker, he also enjoys carrying on his wife’s family’s tradition of canning. Gregg is the former president of the Board of Directors for Christopher’s Clubhouse, a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive community safety education to keep children safe from predatory crimes, the former president of DRA, Desert Riders Associate as an avid Harley rider, and is currently on the Glen Eagles Advisory Board. Gregg also serves on the finance committee and teaches a Faith Formation class to young adults at his local Parish. Gregg is associated with his local Veteran’s and Police organizations and sponsors Twinsburg’s annual Shop with a Cop and Twinsburg Community Theater.
